How to Submit an Abstract

In order to submit a paper to ICPVT-14, you must first submit an abstract. Only if your abstract is accepted, a full paper can be submitted. The procedure of submitting an abstract is as follows:
1) Create an ICPVT-14 account firstly using the login tool here or Create an Account on home page.
2) After the successful registration, please login your account on the homepage, enter the ‘User Center’ and go to 'Submission Center' . Then you can upload your abstract via the 'Submit a New Abstract/Title' tool. The abstract should follow the requested ICPVT-14 Abstract Sample.
3) Review result will be sent to the registered author's e-mail address. Also, you can check the review result on  'Submission Center' and check the review status column.

How to Submit a Paper

Only if your abstract is accepted, a full paper can be submitted. The procedure of submitting a paper is as follows:
1) To submit your full paper,please login your account on the homepage, enter the ‘User Center’ and go to 'Submission Center', then click 'Submit Full Paper/Technical Report' in 'Manage Column' in the 'Abstract List/Title List'.
2) Review result of full paper will be sent to the registered author's e-mail address. Also, you can check the review result on 'Submission Center' and check the review status column.
3) If your full paper is accepted, a final paper should be submitted via 'Upload Final Paper/STC Poster' tool in 'Manage Column' in the 'Paper List/Technical Report List'.

Notice for Submitting an Abstract/Paper

1) Draft your abstract using the ICPVT-14 Abstract Sample. Abstracts should be no more than 500 words, and should highlight new findings to be discussed in the paper.
2) A paper must not have had previous extensive publication or distribution, extensive publication in trade periodicals or other professional journals.
3) Only if your abstract is accepted, a full paper can be submitted. A full paper with a complete modification should follow the requested Paper Template.
4) After the full paper is accepted, a final paper will be invited for final paper submission.
5) Please ensure that a final paper with a complete modification following the requested Paper Template, and all reviewers’ comments must be resolved.
